FAQ

What size should I pick?

Off Sinners drops are built with an oversized vibe. Go true to size for a loose fit—or size down if you like it snug. Each product has a detailed sizing chart—refer to that before checkout.

How do your drops work?

We release limited-edition capsules—once they’re gone, they’re gone. Follow @offsinners to stay in the loop. No restocks. No second chances.

What is a pre-order?

Some items are available on pre-order. That means you're booking it in advance and it ships later. Delivery timelines are mentioned on the product page.

Where do you deliver?

We ship across India only.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment unit in New Delhi.

When will I get my order?

Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link on email and WhatsApp once your order ships.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Delays can happen due to service issues or weather. If your package hasn't moved in 5 days, email us at support@offsinners.com and we’ll help out.

How do I care for my tees?

Cold wash, inside out. Avoid direct ironing on prints. Air dry for longevity. No bleach, no shortcuts.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

All orders are final. However, if your order hasn’t been processed yet, reach out to us ASAP—we might be able to assist with changes.

Received a wrong or missing item?

Email us within 48 hours at support@offsinners.com with your order number and photos. We’ll fix it.

Got a damaged or defective item?

Shoot us a message within 48 hours with clear photos—and a mandatory unboxing video. No claims will be processed without this video. If valid, we’ll arrange a pickup and either replace or issue store credit.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging. Exchanges are only possible if your requested size is still in stock, since we run limited drops. Otherwise, we issue a credit note valid for 6 months.

Is there a return/exchange fee?

There is no charge on exchange of product, however incase of return a credit note will be issued after subtracting INR 250/- from the original paid amount.

Are there exceptions?

Yes. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for:- Sale items- Artifacts (unless they arrive broken—with unboxing video proof)Artifacts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If an artifact is received in a broken condition, you may be eligible for a refund after our team inspects the returned product.
