1. Delivery Areas

We ship exclusively within India. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in New Delhi.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of purchase.

  • In-stock items typically dispatch the next business day.
  • Pre-order items ship as per the date mentioned on the product page.

4. Delivery Time Estimates

Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location. While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to weather or logistics.

5. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order has shipped. The tracking number is provided by our shipping aggregator or courier partner.

6. Missed Deliveries & Returns to Origin

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If delivery fails after all attempts, the order is marked as Returned to Origin (RTO).
  • RTO shipping charges (INR 250/-) are non-refundable.

7. Weekend & Holiday Dispatches

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays may be processed on the next working day. We observe Indian national holidays and dispatch resumes the following business day.

8. Delivery Delays
