Refund policy


🔁 Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a one-time exchange or return per order, valid within 7 days of delivery. If your item doesn’t fit, arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item — we’ve got you covered.

Important: No exchange or return will be entertained for items purchased on SALE. All sale purchases are final.

🚚 How It Works

  1. Initiate Your Request: Head to our Return/Exchange Portal or email us at support@offsinners.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Clear photos (for defect/wrong item claims)
  2. Pickup & Reverse Logistics:
    - Once approved, our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours (2 attempts max).
    - If pickup fails or isn’t available at your pin code, you will need to ship the item to our warehouse.
    - A standard pickup charge of INR 250/- is applied, incase you return the product to our warehouse then no charges are applied

📦 Product Condition Checklist

Please ensure the product:

  • Is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Has no stains, perfumes, or odors
  • Comes with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
  • Is returned as a complete set, if bought as a combo

Items failing quality checks or showing signs of wear will be rejected for return/exchange.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only possible for size issues, and only if the requested size is in stock. Off Sinners is a dropwear brand — we produce limited quantities per size, so restocks are around 6 months.

If the desired size is out of stock, we’ll offer:

  • An alternate product (if available)
  • A credit note valid for 6 months

💰 Return Refunds

All approved returns are refunded via a store credit note only.

  • Valid for 6 months
  • Redeemable only on offsinners.com
  • Non-redeemable for cash or extension

❌ Cancellations

Once an order is placed and is dispatched from our warehouse, it can’t be cancelled

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/discounted items
  • Items damaged post-delivery
  • Worn or used items
  • Artifacts (unless damaged upon arrival)

Important: You must record an unboxing video while opening the parcel to claim any damage.

No return/refund will be processed without the unboxing video as proof.
